You choose the vehicle and approve the deal. The selling dealer completes the purchase. Any financing is handled directly with your lender or dealer.

We agree on scope and provide the service agreement, including cancellation and refund terms, before payment.

We work exclusively for you, the buyer. We do not accept broker fees or kickbacks from dealers.

We work on a best-efforts basis. Results depend on applicable state laws, inventory, dealer decisions, and market conditions. We cannot guarantee any discount or savings, removal of add-ons, vehicle availability, or a completed purchase by any deadline. The fee pays for the agreed work, not a promised result.
