Our role
We help locate your new vehicle, negotiate the price, and seek removal of unwanted dealer add-ons. We work exclusively for you, the buyer. We do not accept broker fees or kickbacks from dealers. You select the vehicle, decide whether to accept an offer, review and sign the documents, and complete the transaction directly with the selling dealer. We do not sell vehicles, provide financing, approve credit, or act as your legal, tax, or financial adviser.
Service fee
The advertised fee is $1,000 for the agreed consulting service. The vehicle purchase, taxes, registration, financing, and transport are separate. We confirm scope and provide written service and cancellation terms before payment.
Outcomes and availability
We work on a best-efforts basis. Results depend on applicable state laws, inventory, dealer decisions, and market conditions. We cannot guarantee any discount or savings, removal of add-ons, vehicle availability, or a completed purchase by any deadline. We do not guarantee the lowest price, financing approval, incentive eligibility, or a trade-in value. The consulting fee pays for the agreed work, not a promised result. Requests to remove add-ons do not include eliminating taxes, title, registration, or other mandatory government charges.
Cancellations and refunds
A cancellation received before consulting work begins qualifies for a full refund of the consulting fee. This refund right ends when paid consulting work begins, subject to rights required by law. Work begins with vehicle-specific research, dealer outreach, negotiation, or deal review after payment and written notice that work is starting. An inquiry, introductory call, agreement preparation, or payment processing alone does not count as work beginning. To request cancellation, use our contact form and include your name and the email used for your engagement. Review your written agreement before paying. Online payment is not yet available.
